Triple Play

Telarus continues to roll along with steady growth and momentum. However, there are some days that really get me excited about the business. Yesterday was one of those days.

Three major milestones were reached which validates all of the hard work we have been putting into this business. The three milestones were (in random order):

1. We received our first commission payment from an equipment installer (VAR) for whom we generated telecom equipment leads on VARNetwork.com.

2. We received unofficial notice from Verizon Business that Telarus will be invited to participate in their new (very exclusive) Partner Program. (Verizon and MCI have merged and are making huge cuts to their respective agent programs. They are only keeping a small handful of Master Agents with whom they will deal direct.)

3. We had a great conference call with Jingle Networks, marketers of the 1-800-FREE-411 service, in which Telarus agreed to build an affiliate tracking solution for them. 1-800-FREE-411 is driven by advertisers and is free to consumers. We will soon be putting together a program for them that allows people (users, advertisers, and Telarus affiliates) the ability to refer others to the service and earn a commission when the new referral becomes an active advertiser on the FREE-411 platform. It's a great company to work with and I'm excited for the chance to eventually bring this one-of-a-kind opportunity to Telarus (and hopefully Cognigen) agents.

Top all of that off with a new programmer who we expect to begin work next week (brining the total to 6 full-time software developers) and you have the makings of one very busy, but very profitable, November and December!
