One More Arrow in the VAR Quiver

The past six months here at ShopforT1 have been dedicated to the construction of the world's largest VAR program. So far we have created VARSearch(tm), a real-time VAR search engine that people looking for installers in their local area can use to find these super-smart technicians.

The latest addition to our VAR program is VAR Partner.com, as site that was built for the sole goal of recruiting new VARs to the program. ShopforT1 agents can use the site (by adding their tracking ID's to the URLs) to attract and ultimately recruit new VARs to the program. Every time a new VAR joins, the agents from which the referal came is tagged to that VAR - allowing the recruiting agent to earn a 10% override on all of the future telecom service commission that the new VARs receives in the future.

I had a lot of fun building VAR Parter.com, even though the idea to build it was not mine. One day an agent suggested to me that we build a site that focused on explaining the benefits of the VAR Program in plain English - outlining all of the reasons why a VAR should join and participate in our program. I thought the idea was an excellent one, and luck would have it that "VARPartner.com" was still available. I bought the domain in a New York minute and began working on the graphic templates back in 2005. Now, about a year later, we finally got around to building it out complete with a dynamic sign up form, a comparison table (my favorite) which outlines the similarities and difference of VAR Network from all other forms of generating equipment leads, testimonials of VARs in our program, and more.

I expect that this site will greatly help the ShopforT1 closers who are working hard to recruit VARs. VARPartner.com is an online brochure that they now have in their arsenal of T1 business building tools that I am priveledged to produce for them.
