The entire year of 2005 has been dedicated to the design and build out of the new ShopforT1 Back Office sites. There are four in total: Closer, Lead Generator, Vendor, and VAR (Equipment Partners). The closer is 100% complete as of May 20, 2005. The Lead Generator Site will be online and functional on July 15, 2005 and unveiled in Seattle Washington at the Cognigen National Conference. The Vendor and VAR sites will be completed in August 2005 as well.
Each site represents the most advanced T1 quotes and customer relationship management software integration, giving our agents speed, accuracy, and technology to leverage their customer relationships and gain the advantage over any competitor. I am most excited about the CRM, which allows agents to queue up email to be delivered to a prospect as much as 10 years into the future. As in most sales situations, timing is everything and our new system will provide agents with the means to deliver the perfect message at the perfect time.
Another key feature to these new web sites is the ability to collaboratively work with customers. Agents can allow other agents access to their own customer records and share the commission according to any agreement they dream up. You just won't find this kind of functionality with off-the-shelf packages - it's truly been programmed by agents for agents.
